Privacy at Form84.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
What this notice covers
This notice covers the public Form84 website at form84.com.au and the controlled beta-access request flow. The Form84 Web/PWA is a separate product environment and may require additional app-specific privacy information as broader access and paid features are introduced.
Information you choose to provide
If you request beta access, Form84 may collect the information shown on the request form, including your first name, email address, optional note and your beta/privacy acknowledgements. This information is used to review and administer controlled beta access and to contact you about that request.
How beta requests are handled
Your request is sent to the Form84 beta-access service and stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare. It is used to administer your beta-access request and related beta communications. Form84 does not require payment details to request beta access.
Technical information
Hosting and security infrastructure may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and requested resources. The public site does not currently include advertising trackers or behavioural advertising scripts.
Cookies and analytics
The current website build does not intentionally set marketing cookies or include third-party analytics. If analytics or other tracking technology is added later, this notice should be updated before that change goes live.
Form84 app data
Training records, body metrics, progress photos and account information belong to the separate Form84 product environment. Form84 is designed around a private, self-directed experience rather than a public social feed. Product-specific handling of account and training data should be documented alongside the app before broader public release.
Retention and security
Beta-request information should be kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed to administer beta access, maintain necessary records and protect the service. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Access, correction and contact
If you want to ask about information submitted through the public website, request a correction, or raise a privacy question, contact hello@form84.com.au.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as Form84 moves from controlled beta toward broader access, subscriptions, additional service providers or new website features. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
