About Form84

form84.com.au is the public information and marketing website for Form84. It is separate from the Form84 Web/PWA product environment.

Website information

The website describes Form84, its current beta experience and planned product direction. Beta features, wording, availability and onboarding can change while testing continues. Coming-soon material does not promise a specific release date unless Form84 explicitly publishes one.

Controlled beta access

Submitting a beta request does not create a paid subscription and does not guarantee immediate admission. Form84 may release access in stages, limit availability, change beta features, or end beta access as testing requires.

Health and training information

Form84 provides training, planning and tracking tools. Exercise substitutions and limitation-aware options are conservative product features, not medical diagnosis or personalised medical advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for seeking qualified professional advice where needed.

Accounts and acceptable use

If you receive access to the Form84 app, keep your account credentials secure and do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service in a way that breaks applicable law or another person's rights.

Intellectual property

Form84 branding, artwork, product designs, software and original site content remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the site or beta does not transfer ownership of those materials.

Availability

Form84 may update, suspend or change the website or beta service for maintenance, security, testing or product-development reasons. Reasonable care is taken with the site, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Future subscriptions

Any Form84 Plus pricing, billing, renewal and cancellation terms will be published before paid subscriptions are opened. Internal pricing hypotheses are not public offers unless they are expressly published on the live website.
