Build the base
Set your baseline, establish the rhythm and begin progressive strength and cardio work.
Strength. Cardio. Progression. Body Tracking. Milestones.Form84 keeps the whole journey in one focused system, remembers the work, and shows you what is changing.
Form84 turns 84 days into a visible path. You know where you are, what today asks of you, and what each milestone is building toward.
Set your baseline, establish the rhythm and begin progressive strength and cardio work.
Reach the first milestone with your training, cardio and body history captured in one place, ready to compare and build on.
Use your training history and progression targets to keep the next block deliberate rather than guessed.
Finish the cycle with your training, body and milestone history intact, ready to review and carry forward.
Before Day 1, choose the training structure that fits you and flag current injuries or movement limitations. Form84 uses those choices while building your 84-day plan.
Choose from four programmed split styles, then set 3–6 dedicated training days per week.
During the program build, select the areas of your body that need to be worked around. Form84 uses those selections to shape the plan and can make conservative exercise substitutions for affected movements. You can also record movements to avoid or clinician guidance.
Exercise substitutions are a conservative starting point, not medical advice.
The Command Centre keeps the current day, planned training and progression context together, so the next useful action is obvious before the first set.

A simplified illustration. Sessions and targets depend on your plan and recorded training.
Form84 brings the signals that matter into one place, while keeping your chosen split, training history and exercise adjustments connected to the same 84-day journey.
Structured sessions, progression targets and training history designed around forward movement.
Record cardio alongside the strength plan rather than treating it as a separate universe.
Track body weight and waist measurements against the same 84-day timeline.
Weeks 4, 8 and 12 create deliberate review points, with a shareable progress card produced at each milestone for you to use only if you choose.
Keep visual progress attached to the journey and private unless you deliberately choose otherwise.
Finish one cycle without erasing it. Completed journeys become part of your permanent progress record.
A transformation should leave a trail. Form84 connects completed training, personal records, cardio, body metrics and milestone reports so progress is measured across the whole journey, not one daily feeling.
Form84 is built around a self-directed journey, not a social feed. Your progress photos and training history are for you unless you deliberately choose to share something. At each milestone, Form84 also produces a shareable progress card that you can choose to post without making the rest of your journey public.
Form84 is designed to preserve completed cycles so one transformation can become the baseline for the next.

No. Logging is part of the system, but the core idea is a defined 84-day journey with programmed work, progression context and a clear end point.
Yes. During setup you can choose Upper / Lower, Push / Pull / Legs, Body Part Split or a Combination split, then set 3–6 dedicated training days per week.
During program build, Form84 lets you select areas of the body that need to be worked around. Those selections can inform conservative exercise substitutions for affected movements, and you can record movements to avoid or clinician guidance. These substitutions are a starting point only and are not medical advice.
No. The primary experience is private and self-directed. Progress photos and personal records are not designed around a public social feed. At each milestone, Form84 produces a shareable progress card that you can choose to share while keeping the underlying journey private.

Your completed cycle remains part of your history. The long-term Form84 direction is to make each completed 84 a permanent record you can build on with future cycles.
